Hygiene in the hotel:
Hygiene and cleanliness have always been part of our quality promise and have always had top priority. In order to guarantee both your health and that of our staff, we have once again intensified our hygiene precautions.
Our staff are tested at regular intervals and trained on the correct behaviour in dealing with safety measures.
Before each new guest arrives, our rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Likewise, all common rooms are continuously disinfected. For this purpose, we have equipped ourselves with special room air disinfection devices from the company "EMI Controlls", which clean and disinfect our rooms in a natural and environmentally friendly way and neutralise all surfaces within a very short time.
Disinfectant dispensers are available throughout the house.
What general safety measures should be taken into account?
As a general rule, the following applies in South Tyrol as worldwide: wash and disinfect your hands frequently, keep a safe distance from people who are not your relatives, always wear a mouth/nose protection where it is prescribed. Also outdoors if you cannot keep the necessary safe distance.
Crowds should be avoided.
Mouth-nose protection: When must it be worn?
In all public, enclosed spaces and outdoors where the minimum distance of one metre cannot be maintained: when shopping, when using services (such as hairdressers or beauty salons), on public transport or lifts (with surgical protective mask). The regulation does not apply to people from the same household and children under 6 years of age.
A distance of 1 metre from other persons applies throughout the hotel. This is in place at all times.
We ask that you always wear a mask (mouth-nose protection) when moving around the hotel building. Of course you can take the mask off at the table in the dining rooms, as well as at the bar, in the swimming pools and saunas.
Our lovely staff are highly sensitised and wear mouth-nose protection.
Throughout the building you will find the opportunity to disinfect your hands.
All rooms in the house are cleaned and disinfected with protocol under regular control.
Our 3/4 pampering board (breakfast, afternoon snack, dinner) takes place as usual.
Mouth and nose protection is obligatory in the buffet area and if the distance is not observed.
The legal distance in the dining room and at the bar is 1 m.
Only persons living together are allowed to sit together at the table. Please inform us in good time if you would like to sit together with friends - keeping the distance - so that we can organise this for you.
Our service staff always wear face masks and disinfect their hands.
Sitting comfortably at the bar and chatting is permitted at a distance of 1 m without a mask.
Pools: All pools are open for you.
Our saunas: are open for you from 2pm to 7pm. The number of persons in the saunas is limited.
Relaxation rooms are available as usual.
Spa: our spa staff offer all treatments and applications, of course with all necessary and prescribed safeguards.
You can take advantage of our varied activity programme (guided hikes, ski excursions, various exercise sessions, etc.).
Indoor activities take place in small groups.
Ski resorts open on 18.01.2021
Buy your ski pass online.
Skiing is an outdoor sport and proven to be healthy. You're out in the fresh mountain air, getting a good dose of vitamin D with sunshine and plenty of exercise.
It is not necessary to wear a mouth and nose protection (MNS) when skiing on the slopes. We recommend that you take out accident or travel insurance so that you do not incur any costs in the event of an accident. Every operation of the piste rescue service is subject to a charge! Tip: often you are already covered by your sports club, alpine club or other private insurance. Check your insurance status.
Wearing an MNS is compulsory on all gondola lifts & chairlifts. The minimum distance of 1 metre must be maintained in the boarding area. Regulations are checked by the lift staff.
All lift cabins are regularly and thoroughly (systematically) disinfected. The windows should be open during the lift ride!
