Our master chefs use for their culinary creations mainly local and seasonal quality produce. The sophisticated dishes are accompanied by native wines from South Tyrol as well as a selection from the best Italian wine-growing areas.
We spent an amazing 11 day vacation at the Bärenhotel. There isn't a lot that could top our experience here, high up in the mountains with a breathtaking view of the Puster Valley and the Dolomites. The service staff at the counter and in the restaurant is what gives this hotel its character. To say it simply: it is perfect. All this was augmented by the truly great host and entertainer Eugen Ladstätter, who really cares about his staff and guests.

On your gourmet holiday you can choose between the rustic Arndt-Stube, the fragrant Zirbenstube finished in Swiss stone pine, the traditional Jägerstube decorated with hunting trophies or the blue dining room with mountain view, accompanied by piano music or a group of musicians.
