At Bärenhotel, you can embark on a gourmet journey to discover the traditional South Tyrolean flavours, enhanced by exquisite Mediterranean specialties, sampling from a world full of aromas and varied nuances of taste. This extraordinary experience is part of our ¾ board. In our culinary philosophy, local, seasonal products and the fresh herbs grown in our vegetable garden are of primary importance. The sophisticated dishes are accompanied by native wines from South Tyrol as well as a selection from the best Italian wine-growing areas. Enjoy:

 

  • Breakfast buffet for sleepy-heads from 7:00 am to 11:00 am with exclusive culinary highlights every day.
  • Afternoon buffet from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm with delicious delicacies.
  • 5 to 7 course à la carte dinner menu.
  • Varied culinary programme with dessert buffet, Tyrolean evening, herbal menu and much more.
  • On request, vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free meals. If required, please inform us before your arrival.
  • Fresh fruit during the day.
